Trivia[]
- This is the first episode in which outer space is shown. It is also seen in Save the Visitor! and Save the Visitor's Birthday Party!.
- This is also the debut of the Space-Boat which also appears in the mentioned episodes.
- This is one of the first episodes (along with Save the Dolphin) produced in 2005.
- When a chimp is in space, it's perfect for the history of Space Monkeys. This is because chimpanzees have been in space in real life.
- This is the first episode where Tuck floats on his back instead of looking at the camera at the end of the episode. He will do this again in Save the Kitten!.
- This is the first episode (along with Save the Dolphin) to premiere in 2006.
Goofs[]
- In real life, Ming-Ming wouldn't survive in outer space, as birds need oxygen to swallow.
- She also puts on a space helmet to breathe, but it's unknown where she got it from.
- When the Space-Boat disassembles, the mast appears out of nowhere.
- In some scenes, Ming-Ming's space suit disappears.
- When the Wonder Pets hug it out in the Space-Boat, Tuck's cape disappears.
- When the Wonder Pets loop-de-loop back to the classroom, Tuck and Ming-Ming were in the front seat together, which means it's possible that Save the Sea Lions was produced before this episode, since that episode had Tuck and Ming-Ming sharing the front seat together.
- When Linny got the toy tow truck to tow the Space-Boat, her cape is missing, but in the next scene it's back.
- Oddly, in the Hungarian dub, the whole episode is fully dubbed except for the ending theme. Some other season 1 episodes also have this error.
