Ming-Ming and Tuck must save a baby mouse who is stuck inside a saxophone in the schoolhouse attic as Linny's condition makes her sneeze the whole time.

- Ming-Ming drives the flyboat in this episode.
- Instead of being the protagonist, Linny is a minor character. The reason why is she has a cold.
- The dance moves is reused on later in Help the Rock Lobster!
- While Linny's condition is never outright stated, it was likely a digestive system, since lethargy and sneezing in guinea pigs are usually caused by bacterial infections.
- When Ming-Ming sees the cuckoo in the cuckoo clock, she asks it "Do you have a cousin named Pablo?", which references the character Pablo, from another Nick Jr. show, The Backyardigans, who was also a bird.
- The moral of this episode is if the team's leader feels sick, the other hero can now be in charge as a new leader and it's the big responsibility.
- This is the fourth ending episode of their final travel song in normal tone instead of high tone. First being "Save The Kangaroo!", second being "Save the Pigeon!", and third being "Save the Puppy!".
- And also, Ming-Ming's "We're not too big" is now in new animation of Season 2 for the second time.
- In the box scene, Ming-Ming is using Linny's blue cape, but she decides to wear her green cape.
